Instagram Data, Website details, Hosting provider and Email Provider.) Once Collected we deposit it directly into a google sheets account for you.
  • Stage 3
    Email Verification
    • We Verify the email data by putting it through the follow checks: Syntax check: This checks to make sure that the email address is formatted correctly, with all of the required parts (username, @ symbol, domain name, and top-level domain). Domain check: This checks to make sure that the domain name of the email address actually exists and is registered. Email ping: This sends a test message to the email address and checks the response code from the email server. A valid email address will return a 250 code, while an invalid address will return a different code. Spam trap detection: This checks to see if the email address is a spam trap, which is an email address that is used to catch spammers. Disposable email detection: This checks to see if the email address is a disposable email address, which is an email address that is designed to be used for a short period of time and then discarded. Blacklist check: This checks to see if the email address is on a blacklist, which is a list of email addresses that are known to be associated with spam.

    Building Servers, Urls, Email Accounts
    • We purchase 100s of URL's in order to be able to provide an output of 25 emails sent per email address and a maximum of 125 emails per URL. We do this on clouded servers to best maximize delivery rates while protecting the urls.
  • Stage 5
    Email Warm Up
    • Each email address is slowly warmed up sending 1 email day one, then 2 emails day 2, then 3 emails day three - 25 emails a day making sure that once the email is warmed up properly it will have the highest deliverability rate possibly.
  • Stage 6
    Email Replys
    • Once one of the 100's of emails we've sent receive a reply we automatically repackage it and send it directly to your email address from a single source. While at the same time we can send it directly into your crm. All the stats are recorded and we send out reports monthly on them.
  • Stage 7
    Monthly Maintenance
    • Every month we have a discussion to go over the previous months email campaigns we and add additional leads. We also add additional email addresses to your account and server to ensure if any of the email accounts currently being used end up having IP issues were able to replace them without disrupting service and keeping email deliverability rates high.

What are the difference between opted in emails and non opted in emails?

  • Opted-in emails are emails that are sent to people who have explicitly given their consent to receive them. This means that the person has actively subscribed to your email list, usually by providing their email address and name in exchange for something of value, such as a free ebook, white paper, or discount code.
  • Non opted out emails are emails that are sent to people who have not explicitly given their consent to receive them. This means that the person has not subscribed to your email list, but they have not opted out of receiving emails from you either.
