All accounts come with 4 levels of support so you can get the help you need when you need it.
Level 1 – In app there is a 24 / 7 chat widget with unlimited support anytime you need it.
Level 2 – If our staff is unable to answer your questions in chat we move you to a zoom meeting 24 / 7.
Level 3 – Scheduled appointment with a software engineer. If the zoom in unable to solve your challenge our support staff will escalate it through a ticket in ZENDESK where you can book into our Software engineers calendar which is Tuesday to Saturday 9 – 5 Eastern Standard.
Level 4 – This is pay per use service for building out new processes specific to your needs and is a hands-off experience for you once the parameters are set. Schedule a call with one of our Software Artitechs and they we will walk you through what is required to make your vision a reality.
